Avakian Mehr’s human resources management department is responsible for all activities and policies related to the organization’s staff and among its tasks are: new colleagues’ recruitment, training fellow colleagues, evaluating their performance and awarding them incentives, and in short: creating a healthy and fair environment for work.
Also, in the long term, this department will help the organization to get the highest efficiency with the lowest possible cost from the staff in their movement toward Ava Kian Mehr’s outlook.
